E0977 Director Supply Chain   A Medical Device Manufacturer in Northern New Jersey seeks a Director of Supply Chain.  This position will be responsible for sourcing of materials and services essential for operations and for defining and executing a Supply Chain Plan. This includes all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to identify cost saving opportunities, creatively negotiate and generate contracts, create and implement supply chain strategies to maximize process efficiency and inventory management.  Position is responsible for oversight of all Production Planning, Warehousing, Inventory Control and Distribution activities.  Position requires 10+ years of experience and APICS certification is preferred.

EO981 Supply Logistician

Supply logisticians are either based in the project or in the capital, and work closely with all departments, ensuring that accurate forecasting is done so that the project has the capacity to respond immediately to urgent medical needs as they arise. Supply logisticians are responsible for ordering all supplies for the project. They often have experience in supply chain management and have strong skills in managing spreadsheets and databases. Training, supervising and managing local staff is a key responsibility. A large part of the supply logistician's work is to build the capacity of these local staff, as well as to ensure safe and fair working conditions and manage administration of the department. They also have frequent interaction with local authorities and organizations and often oversee the implementation of security protocols to ensure the safe movement of cargo into the project. 

E0982 Sr. Manager Clinical Supply

Pharma company seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Supply to be responsible for supporting multiple global clinical trials, expanded access programs, and Investigator Sponsored Trials (IST).  Individual will be working closely with the Clinical Supply Associate & Managers, Clinical Operations, and Quality Assurance, to develop clinical supply chains for each assigned study, to ensure that clinical supplies are available in an uninterrupted fashion, and to maintain study documentation in an audit-ready status.  BS/BA in Life Sciences and 5+ years' experience in clinical supply management, clinical packaging or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry, strongly preferred.

Responsible for alignment of purchasing, planning and finished goods to meet overall business objectives. Must be a savvy communicator and able to develop a team culture that has a shared passion for achieving outcomes.  5+ years of experience in supply chain and an expert understanding of ERP is required.

E0984 Sr. Manager/Director Supply Chain Management 

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director, Supply Chain Management (SCM) for their US generics business.   The successful candidate will be accountable for providing support and management of the end-to-end Rx Pharmaceutical distribution in the U.S.  This individual will oversee daily operations management of a third-party logistics provider (3PL), address and follow-up on operational issues, complete data analysis of US operations, and ensure achievement of all KPIs.  They will actively participate and provide innovative solutions/ inputs to DSCSA compliance and industry initiatives, oversee and address daily DSCSA verification requests, manage master data, enable supply chain readiness for new business/new products, implement continuous improvement activities and other duties as assigned.  This individual should have previous pharmaceutical experience working with a third-party logistics provider and DSCSA knowledge.
